The Study is the third area to be explored in the Aria of Sorrow series.The area houses some mythological enemies, such as Arachne and Minotaur. The area is connected by the Chapel and the Forbidden Area. The place doesn't have a warp area.

The enemies in the Study are fairly strong. Here is the list of enemies that can be found in the area: Winged Skeleton, Student Witch, Durga, Tiny Devil, Rock Armor, Evil Butcher, Giant Ghost, Bone Pillar, Ectoplasm, Fleaman, Arachne, Catoblepas, Skull Archer, Buer, and Minotaur.

You will encounter Yoko Belnades for the first time in this area, who will advise you about Graham Jones' true intentions.

The boss in the area is the Great Armor, the third boss in the game. After defeating it, you will meet up with Hammer, and gain the ability to double jump.
