A Tiger Electronics watch version of Castlevania: Simon's Quest. The gameplay resembles Simon's Quest very little and it can be considered a separate game. The game was followed up with a more in depth game on an LCD Handheld.

Simon Belmont must destroy Dracula in order to lift his curse. Before he can do so, he must defeat hoards of Dracula's servant monsters.

Dracula - The villain of this game. He appears at the end of the game and takes 10 hits to destroy. He is worth 50 points. |
Bat - Appear in random quantities above in front and behind you in each stage. Take one hit to destroy and worth 5 points. |
Fire Ghost - float towards you from behind. Take one hit to destroy and worth 5 points. |
Monster Fish - Appear in front of you and shoots fireballs. Take one hit to destroy and worth 5 points. |
Monster Dragon - A more powerful version of the Monster Fish with wings. Take two hits to destroy and worth 10 points. |
Flying Monster - A weaker monster dragon which flies in front and above you. Take one hit to destroy and worth 5 points. |
Skeleton - Appear behind you in level one and two. Take one hit to destroy and worth 5 points. |
Skeleton with Shield - A skeleton which has a shield and takes two hits and worth 10 points. |

- Whip - The main weapon in the game. It can be whipped in front of Simon, or he can turn around quickly and whip behind him. It can also be whipped in front or behind while jumping.
- Crystal Ball - This restores all of your life and can be obtained by whipping it.
- Silver Knife - The box mentions that this knife must be obtained in order to defeat the curse. It is not clear how it is obtained or how it is utilized.

- Stage 1 - Contains bats and 5 skeletons, fire ghosts, monster fish, and flying monsters.
- Stage 2 - Like stage 1 except it contains 10 of each enemy.
- Stage 3 - Like stage 1 except it contains 15 of each enemies and skeletons are now equipped with shields and monster fish have been replaced with monster dragons.
- Stage 4 - Like stage 3 except it contains 20 of each enemy and Dracula appears at the end.
