The Ruby Pins are hair pins adorned with rubies. They appear in Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia and reduce the amount of damage taken from Fire based attacks. They will be available for purchase in the shop once Shanoa completes Laura the Jeweler's second quest, "A Pleasant Accessory", by giving her a Ruby, an Emerald and a Sapphire.
The Ruby Pins are perhaps one of the most useful headgear accessories Shanoa could wear in her attempt of completing the Training Hall. Along with spike-covered surfaces, many of the obstacles and hazards in that place are made of fire in one way or another. The Ruby Pins effectively reduce much of this type of damage.
