The Ruby Circlet is a circlet made of Ruby that appears in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. In addition to protecting you from Fire attacks, it will actually heal you when you receive a Fire based hit. It also gives an Intelligence boost of 10, which is two more than the Cat-Eye Circlet, two less than the Silver Crown, and the same as the Topaz Circlet, the Opal Circlet, and Beryl Circlet.
