Resist Ice is an ability that increases once resistance to Ice attacks.

In Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, this ability is obtained temporarily by drinking a substance known as Water Essence in Castlevania Puzzle: Encore of the Night. This is a Resist Potion that causes Ice-based attacks to actually heal Alucard.
