Relaxation is an Enchanted Soul in Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow. It allows Soma to sit in a chair to regain health.

This ability can be obtained by gaining dominance over a Ouija Table's soul. It allows Soma to regain both +8 HP per second and 11% max MP per second by sitting in any chair.
