Reapers are cloaked skeletal enemies found in the Castlevania series. They can usually be seen wielding scythes which they use to harvest souls.
The most famous reaper is Death, Dracula's confidant. A common reaper called a Night Stalker appears in Castlevania: The Adventure, Castlevania II: Belmont's Revenge and Castlevania: The Adventure ReBirth. It throws scythes in a looping boomerang-like fashion, similar to an Axe Armor.
Galamoth also has a reaper emissary called the Time Reaper in Castlevania Judgment.
It's possible these beings are the same Witchi Wench from the European instruction booklet for the Game Boy version of Kid Dracula.
