Official Background
Pumpkin is a secret character in Lament of Innocence. He has a special sub-weapon, named after none other than himself. Like many of the secret playable characters in Koji Igarashi's Castlevania games, he has very little health but unbelievable super-strength, which actually adds a Droopy-esque sense of humor to the game.

[edit] Rumors and Trivia

  • It's been said by a few sources that Pumpkin is actually Leon Belmont's favorite stuffed animal from when he was a child.
  • Rumors raging across multiple message boards suggest that Pumpkin might be getting his own game. However, there are no official quotes of any kind pertaining to this rumor.
  • The description of Pumpkin's Mace in Curse of Darkness refers to Pumpkin as a "legendary hero".
  • If Pumpkin stands still, he will hum the theme song of Joachim Armster, Melancholy Joachim.
