Norio Wakamoto (若本 規夫 Wakamoto Norio?) is a Japanese voice actor who currently affiliated with the Sigma Seven Talent Agency. He also acts as a narrator in many animes and video games.
Norio Wakamoto is well known by his fans: Cell in Dragon Ball Z, Oskar von Reuenthal in Legend of the Galactic Heroes, Vicious in Cowboy Bebop and Chiyo-chichi in Azumanga Daioh.
Wakamoto is the seiyū who mostly acted Dracula in the Japanese versions of Castlevania games: Symphony of the Night, Portrait of Ruin, Dracula X Chronicles, Order of Ecclesia and Harmony of Despair.
