The Sacred Flame (sometimes called "Mystic Flame" or "The Flame") is a Sub-Weapon used in Castlevania: Simon's Quest. It is found in breakable blocks in an underground road and possesses a medium-range damage amount. When thrown, it consumes one heart and flies in a small arc to the ground. When it lands, a gout of fire slowly rises from the initial landing spot and slowly trickles down. Any enemy caught in the flame suffers successive damage during the gout's duration.
