Moriya Endo (遠藤守哉 Endō Moriya?) (born in Tokyo, Japan on June 1st) is a Japanese voice actor and narrator who was previously affiliated with Aoni Production. He is best known for voicing Liu Bei from the Dynasty Warriors series, Cabaji from One Piece, and Android 13 in the Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi game series. He also provided voices for the Japanese narration of Thomas & Friends during the fifth series.
He voiced Isaac in the Japanese version of Castlevania: Curse of Darkness.
