Official Background	The only man to completely destroy Dracula. He can lash his whip in all directions; just hold down he attack button and use the directional pad. Julius's whip can also be used to latch onto and hang from magnets; just keep the button held down.

Perhaps the strongest vampire hunter to ever live, it was Julius Belmont who killed Dracula once and for all during the Demon Castle War in 1999 with the aid of Alucard, the Belnades clan, and the Hakuba family by sealing Dracula's Castle into a solar eclipse ending his cycle of resurrection. Julius appears in Harmony of Despair much as he did in Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow.

AttackEdit

Julius's Vampire Killer Whip is enhanced from previous games and from what Jonathan Morris is able to do with it. It can be swung in eight directions, much as Simon Belmont could do in Super Castlevania IV. It can also latch onto the same magnetic hooks that Shanoa is able to use her Magnes ability on, and can swing off of them. It is also longer and somewhat quicker than for Jonathan.

Sub-WeaponsEdit

Julius is able to utilize any "Belmont subweapons" that have been used by any member of the Belmont family in a previous game. A glitch was confirmed that putting Down-B subskills can be spammed(useful for training them on Survival Mode). Hold Down while pressing LB and B at the same time at fast speeds to spam

Martial ArtsEdit

Julius can gain the martial art Uppercut, though he needs to be closer to an enemy in order to use it than Jonathan does. He also gain a unique martial art called Omnia Vanitas. This is the teleporting move he used in Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, which was missing from Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow.
