Jacob is a villager in Order of Ecclesia. He runs the shop in Wygol Village, and as such, will try to give Shanoa fair deals on items.

After defeating Man Eater, the Combo Boots, Baggy Boots, Battle Boots will be added to the shop.

After defeating Goliath, the Crochet, Ghillie Boots, Cavalier Boots will be added to the shop.

After spending 100,000 Gold in the shop, Jacob will give you a VIP Card, which lowers item prices by 20%.
