The Healing Spirit is an apparition of a woman who lived hundreds of years prior to the events in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate.

It is said that the Healing Spirit had the power of healing. Pilgrims built an underground tunnel in order to worship her, which acts as an access point to the castle.
It is possible (but not confirmed) that this woman was related to the Belnades Clan, as women of that clan have been known to be permitted to have their spirits remain on the earth in order to help those in need. In addition, the Spirit of Belnades is found near the shrine for this woman.
