The Touch & Pop is a food item in Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin. It is a popular candy from a few years ago. It recovers 30 HP (150 HP when eating by touch).

The name of this item actually hints on a hidden characteristic it features: if using the touchscreen to consume it from the "Item" menu, the player will recover five times the amount of health (150 HP) they would normally had (30 HP) just by using the "A" button.
