Rafael Antonio "Tony" Oliver is an American voice actor. He is known in anime for his roles of Hiromu Shinbo in Chobits, Arsène Lupin III from Lupin III, Sha Gojyo in Saiyuki series, and Ulquiorra Cifer in Bleach.
He voiced Vincent Dorin in Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin. Later, he provided the voice of Shaft as a replacement of Jeff Manning in Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles and its portable game.
