Brow is a Devil-Type Innocent Devil. It is a Level 2 Devil and can learn M. Circle Scissors and Needle Magic Circle. It then evolves to The End using crystals dropped by the Chauve-souris weapon.
Description[]
This next evolution of the Gale adds offensive capabilities to the innate Magic Circle. The scissors protrude razor blades from all directions of the circle, while the needles cause numerous blades to rise from the surface of the circle. Basically, this is the evolution form that the Devil-Type will be stuck with, if the player does not manage to craft the Chauve-souris.
