Block 4A (Route 4) for the game Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse is the Ghost Ship (also known as The Haunted Ship of Fools). Trevor's sub-weapons appearing in this stage in order include an Axe, Stopwatch, Dagger and another Axe.

Sub-stages[]
- Note that sub-stage names are unofficial.
- 4-0A: Aft Section - Start above deck in the aft of the ship and give Sypha a try if desired. Travel below deck and face Headless Hunters.
- 4-0B: Lower Hold - Be careful not to fall through crumbling floorboards and fight Ghosts and Red Skeletons. Travel up, the right, then move to the top of the screen and head back left while fighting Skeletons.
- 4-0C: Middle Decks and Cabin - Jump across vertically scrolling platforms, fight a ghost, head up to a cabin and right and then fight Snake Man Sentinel or Medusa sub-boss.
- 4-0D: Above Deck and Rigging - Head right, jumping over gaps and minding the crumbling floors and fight more Headless Hunters, go up half a screen and return left on the upper half of the screen. Go up to the masts and move across tilting platforms.
- 4-0E: Crow's Nest and Forward Section - Fight some Crows, head down, then further down below deck in a room with a Skeleton and Ghost, then up above decks again, then head up and face an Evil Flame that takes over Mummies and a Cyclops in coffins.
