Douglas Forsythe Rye, also known as Doug Rye, is a Californian voice actor and film actor. He provided the voice of Dracula as a replacement of Michael G. in Castlevania: Curse of Darkness and Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin. He was later replaced in Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles by Patrick Seitz. Rye has since portrayed Death in Castlevania Judgment, and Castlevania: The Adventure ReBirth (in this reusing audios from Judgment) ironically replacing Seitz from earlier games, but has been withdrawn in the role in Castlevania: Harmony of Despair for reusing audios recorded by Tom Wyner.
Douglas's most famous character roles to his fans are Mr. Gentleman in Read or Die, Silver Knight in .hack series and Cao Cao in Dynasty Warriors. He has also been a crew member for such famous musical acts as The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, The Commodores, The Eagles, The Oak Ridge Boys and Mel Tormé.

- Rye would later work in the fan-game Castlevania: The Lecarde Chronicles 2, in which he provided the voice of the final boss.
