DOS White Dragon

Flame Breath is the ability to breath continuous flames. Bone Pillars and White Dragons often have this ability, in addition to, or replacing, the ability to launch Fireballs. Spittle Bones sometimes also have this ability. In Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, Soma Cruz is able to gain this ability as an guardian soul from a Bone Pillar, while he gains it in Dawn of Sorrow from a White Dragon. When Soma uses Flame Breath, bursts of flames are emitted from his hand, rather than his mouth. He can continue to spew flames until he runs out of MP.

Trivia[]

  • In Aria of Sorrow, this soul is affected by Soma's initial speed. Using this soul to stop his walk will enable him to enhance the attack range by one flame sprite. Using this soul right after either dash or comet kick, will enhance the sprite's range even farther. Using this soul to cancel Soma's back dash will allow him to shoot one flame sprite backward.
  • Flame Breath hits enemies twice as fast as Stone Breath (about 4 hit/second).
