Falcis is the name for any of Shanoa's sickle glyphs, and means "sickle" in Latin. In Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia, there are three different Falcis glyphs of different levels of power and lengths, including the regular Falcis, the powerful Vol Falcis, and the superior Melio Falcis.
When any two Falcis glyphs are involved in a Glyph Union, Shanoa swings a giant sycthe that cause damage to a significant amount of enemies on screen.
