Ecclesia is one of many organizations founded in the 19th Century to oppose Dracula. It is found and led by Barlowe, who has come into possession of the remains of Dracula's soul. He is the creator of Dominus, the glyph said to be able to defeat Dracula once and for all. Albus is the Chief Researcher of the organization, prior to his defection.

- Shanoa - A female warrior of the Order. She possess the unique ability to absorb glyphes. She was saved by the order at a young age, & raised to be a trump card in Dracula's destruction. She loses both her memory & emotions as a result of a failed ritual to absorb Dominus (which was caused by Albus' defection). She would later succeed in using Dominus to defeat Dracula (who was revived due to the actions of an insane Barlowe).
- Albus - One of the Order's Chief Researchers, but later defected & stole Dominus. He planned to use Dominus to destroy Dracula in Shanoa's place, in order to prevent her death (as it requires the sacrifice of a "single human soul" in order to be used). Like Shanoa, Albus was raised by the order from a early age. He thinks of Shanoa as his "little sister", despite the fact they are not blood relatives.
- Barlowe - Founder of the Order. He raised both Shanoa & Albus, teaching & preparing them to fight Dracula. However it is later revealed that he had been deceiving both Albus & Shanoa all along, in to actually helping him revive Dracula, however Shanoa (guided by Albus's spirit) managed to defeat Dracula using the Dominus (Albus' spirit restored Shanoa memories & emotions, then sacrificed himself allowing Shanoa to live) and Barlowe's plans where foiled.
