A large dragonfly that attacks by spitting out large balls of acid which arc to the ground.
Dragonflies in Portrait of Ruin are bizarrely morphed versions of real life dragonflies. While they are classified as insects, they do feature some aesthetics that resemble those of an European dragon, like having bat-like wings and boasting tails. Even their spewing acid attack can be seen as reminiscent of a dragon spewing fire, as both elements have burning qualities to them. However, despite its namesake, the dragonfly is a weak creature that can easily be killed by Jonathan's whip or Charlotte's fire spells.
