Direct Attack

The Direct Attack is the most basic attack in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow games. It attacks the enemy in front of the player once using the player's Primary Weapon. The Direct Attack can be followed up with other attacks to perform chains, such as the Direct Attack Combo. A Direct Attack with a Whip weapon is called a Whip attack. A Direct Attack with a Sword is a Stab. A Direct Attack with a Gauntlet is a Punch.
