The Corinthian Helmet (called Greek Helm in Harmony of Dissonance) is a type of Greek helmet found in Castlevania.
The Greek Helm in Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance gives a Defense of +9, which is one more than a Bicocette, but one less than a Face-Guard.
In Castlevania: Curse of Darkness, the Corinthian Helmet is the first in a series of upgrades to the basic Leather Helm that can be made which doubles the helmet's Defense. It can be created by combining the Leather Helm with Aluminum, which can be found in the Abandoned Castle, doubling its Defense from +2 to +4. The helmet's DEF can be doubled again by combining it with Sun Tears, which can first be stolen from the Efreets at the end of the Baljhet Mountains, which creates a Thracian Helmet, whose defense can be doubled one last time with Carbon Steel and Knight's Vein to form a Barrel Helm (DEF +16).
