The Condemned Tower is a location in Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow.

Overview[]

A tall tower enveloped by clouds and moonlight, whose multiple floors collapse during the fight with Gergoth. The outer sides of the tower have many ramps and platforms for climbing purposes. The top of the tower connects to the Cursed Clock Tower. Additionally, below the tower a hidden secret area awaits: the Mine of Judgment.

Notes[]

  • One useful strategy after the Gergoth fight is to use the Flying Armor's and Puppet Master's soul in conjunction. The player may throw a puppet at a normally unreachable ledge while floating slowly in midair and be teleported to it.

Other appearances[]

Castlevania: Harmony of Despair[]

The first chapter of Castlevania: Harmony of Despair, Caught in the Cradle of Decay, has a section modeled after the Condemned Tower. It makes up the right-most tower of the map. Gergoth can fire beams from there across the entire map. When confronted, the floor will collapse as in Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow.
