Alucart

From the Castlevania Wiki, the Castlevania wiki

"Alucart" is a parody of Alucard. It is a set of equipment that resemble's Alucard's family heirlooms, but which are completely useless. These include the Alucart Sword (has only 1 strength and no warp special attack), the Alucart Shield (has no defense bonus and no Shield Rod combo ability), and the Alucart Mail (does NOT resist Fire, Ice, and Lightning, makes a return in Curse of Darkness). All of the Alucart equipment is located in the same vicinity, in a semi-hidden passage near the normal clock room. If you equip all of these items in Symphony of the Night, you "become" Alucart (Alucart Status) and your luck is increased dramatically by 30 to offset the awful stats that your equipment have. In the Saturn version of the game, you can also gain Alucart status by equipping the exclusive Double Axe Blade instead of the Alucart Sword. This has no effect on the storyline, however. There is no real known information about who or Alucart is, if it is anything more than a name and a status. A reference to Alucart can also be found in Curse of Darkness, where Hector can use the Alucart Mail.
