Alucard Mail is the armor Alucard is wearing at the beginning of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Along with the rest of his equipment, he loses this item when Death steals it. Along his journey to recover it, he will find a cheap replica called the Alucart Mail. He will eventually find it hidden in Death Wing's Lair. It gives him resistance to Fire, Ice, and Lightning, and is probably the strongest general-use armor in the game, with stronger armours either lacking special bonuses (God's Garb) or requiring much more effort to reach the full potential of (Walk Armor). The only armor with a comparably powerful ability is the Mojo Mail, which has distinctly inferior defense.
