The Alchemy Laboratory (錬金研究棟 Renkin Kenkyūtō?) is a stage in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Castlevania Judgment and Castlevania Puzzle: Encore of the Night.
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night[]
In Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, this is where Dracula's servants conduct their unholy experiments, as evidenced by the side-rooms containing vials and arcane statues. Geometrically strange architecture hides itself behind the large pillars and dark walls.
Geography[]
This is the second stage accessible in the game and is entered shortly beyond the tower where you first meet Death in the Castle Entrance to the right. It leads to the Marble Gallery. Once you have a Jewel of Open (purchased from the Master Librarian), you can backtrack and enter the Chapel Tower to the left. Its counterpart in the Reverse Castle is the Necromancy Laboratory.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (Game.com)[]
The Alchemy Laboratory is included in a prototype of the unreleased Game.com port of the game. It follows the general layout of the original game.
Castlevania Judgment[]
The Alchemy Laboratory is a also stage in Castlevania Judgment consisting of metal floor grates and molten lava being periodically poured down the crack between the grating. This stage´s hazard is a lava floor, the one around the four main squares. If a character steps on the lava, its health will start to decrease until moving to safe ground.
There are four pillars in the center of each square which can be either destroyed to receive an item, or be thrown to the opponent.
Castlevania Puzzle: Encore of the Night[]
The Alchemy Laboratory in Castlevania Puzzle: Encore of the Night includes some enemies from the original Alchemy Laboratory. Gaibon fights alone in this game without the help of Slogra.
Castlevania: Harmony of Despair[]
The stage "Lord of the Flies" contains elements of this stage (or rather the reversed counterpart Necromancy Laboratory), along with nearby stages. It mostly consists of the second floor of Dracula's Castle in between the Entrance and Marble Gallery.
Castlevania: Moonlight Rhapsody[]

The general layout of the Alchemy Laboratory (called Alchemy Research Institute in Chinese) in Castlevania: Moonlight Rhapsody is similar to its layout in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. A Cyclops is fought in the area where Slogra and Gaibon were fought in Symphony of the Night, although the original bosses can be fought there during Team Adventure mode.
